Simple Berry Yogurt Parfait
This easy yogurt parfait is the perfect way to start your morning with a bit of crunch and fresh fruit.
recipesbynani.comThere is something so satisfying about a yogurt parfait. It is one of my favorite quick breakfasts because it feels fancy while being incredibly simple to put together on a busy morning.
I love using whatever berries look best at the store that day. If you want a little extra treat, a tiny drizzle of honey or maple syrup over the top really makes the flavors pop.
🧺 Ingredients
- 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 1 cup fresh berries like strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
👩🍳Instructions
- 1
Grab two glasses or small bowls for serving.
- 2
Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of each glass.
- 3
Add a generous layer of granola over the yogurt.
- 4
Top the granola with a handful of your fresh berries.
- 5
Repeat the layers once more until all ingredients are used.
- 6
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if you like a little extra sweetness before serving.
💡 Tips
To keep your granola nice and crunchy, assemble the parfaits right before you eat them. You can store the prepped fruit and yogurt in the fridge for a day or two, but add the granola at the last minute.
