Nani's Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Chili

For the best results, you can use either canned or frozen corn depending on what you have in your pantry. If you like a little extra heat, feel free to add a pinch of chili flakes before you start the slow cooker.

- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can sweet corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
