This peanut butter bark is one of my favorite things to make when I need a sweet treat in a hurry. It is perfect for satisfying those chocolate and peanut butter cravings, and it looks beautiful enough to share with friends or bring to a party.

My secret for the best texture is to use a high quality chocolate and creamy peanut butter. Make sure to melt your chocolate slowly so it stays smooth and shiny instead of getting grainy.

🧺 Ingredients

12 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil, divided
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1 pinch sea salt

Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper so the bark does not stick.

In a microwave safe bowl, combine the semi sweet chocolate chips with half of the coconut oil. Melt in thirty second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely smooth.

In a separate small bowl, combine the peanut butter and the remaining coconut oil. Microwave for about thirty seconds until it is thin and easy to drizzle.

Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer using a spatula.

Drop spoonfuls of the melted peanut butter over the chocolate and use a knife to swirl the two together for a marbled look.

Sprinkle the top with chopped peanuts, mini chocolate chips, and a tiny pinch of sea salt.

Place the tray in the refrigerator for at least an hour until the bark is completely firm.

Once set, break the bark into smaller, jagged pieces with your hands or a knife and serve.

💡 Tips

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep the chocolate from melting. This bark tastes wonderful served chilled straight from the fridge.
