Easy Frozen Protein S'mores
These frozen treats are a healthier take on the campfire classic that you can enjoy right out of the freezer.
recipesbynani.comThere is something so satisfying about the combination of crunchy graham crackers and creamy chocolate. These frozen s'mores are a favorite in my house because they satisfy that late night sweet tooth while adding a little extra protein to keep things balanced.
My best tip is to let them sit on the counter for just a minute or two before you take the first bite. This makes them slightly easier to eat while keeping that perfect frozen texture.
🧺 Ingredients
- 8 whole graham crackers
- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
👩🍳Instructions
- 1
In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and the protein powder until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- 2
Lay out four graham cracker squares on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- 3
Spread a generous tablespoon of the protein yogurt mixture onto each of the four crackers.
- 4
Sprinkle a few mini marshmallows on top of the yogurt layer.
- 5
Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the marshmallows and yogurt.
- 6
Top each one with another graham cracker square to form a sandwich.
- 7
Place the tray in the freezer for at least two hours until the filling is firm.
- 8
Serve immediately once they have frozen through.
💡 Tips
Store these in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one week. If you want a little extra crunch, you can toast the mini marshmallows slightly before adding them to the sandwich.
