Easy Foil Pack Ramen Noodles
These easy foil packs are a fun and delicious way to enjoy ramen with sausage and fresh veggies right off the grill or out of the oven.
recipesbynani.comThere is something so special about opening up a foil packet to find a steaming meal inside. This recipe is a favorite in my house because it is quick to put together and cleanup is practically nonexistent since you are cooking right in the foil.
I love using smoked sausage because it adds a nice savory depth that pairs perfectly with the quick stir fry sauce. If you want to switch things up, feel free to use whatever fresh vegetables you have sitting in your fridge drawer.
🧺 Ingredients
- 2 packages of instant ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
- 12 ounces smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
👩🍳Instructions
- 1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit or get your grill ready for medium heat.
- 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger to make your sauce.
- 3
Divide the dry ramen noodles, sliced sausage, broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots evenly onto four large pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil.
- 4
Drizzle the sauce over each pile of noodles and veggies.
- 5
Fold the edges of the foil up and over to create sealed packets, making sure there is a little room inside for steam to circulate.
- 6
Place the packets on a baking sheet if using the oven or directly on the grill grates.
- 7
Cook for 12 to 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the noodles are heated through.
- 8
Carefully open the foil packs to let the steam escape before serving.
💡 Tips
Serve these right in the foil to keep cleanup easy for a busy weeknight. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days and reheat them in the microwave.
