For the best results, try to chop all your ingredients into similar sizes. This makes every single bite consistent and delicious.
๐งบ Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup red wine vinaigrette
๐ฉโ๐ณInstructions
- 1
Arrange the chopped romaine lettuce on a large serving platter or in a big bowl.
- 2
Create rows on top of the lettuce using the chicken, eggs, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, onion, and blue cheese.
- 3
Drizzle the red wine vinaigrette over the salad just before you are ready to serve it.
- 4
Toss everything together gently so the dressing coats all the ingredients without mashing the avocado.
๐ก Tips
You can prep all the ingredients in advance and keep them in separate containers in the fridge for a quick lunch assembly. If you prefer, swap the blue cheese for feta and use your favorite creamy ranch or balsamic dressing instead.
